This is my observation list. It was created by the program XEphem using my backyard as the location. The list contains all deep sky objects in XEphem's deep sky databases, NGC list and Messier list of 9th magnitude or brighter. 9th magnitude being the limiting magnitude of my telescope from my back yard.

The list started as 292 objects, but of those 52 are below my local horizon, as formed by my house leaving 240 objects available for observation. As of 27 December 2009, I have done observations on 96 of the objects, seeing 71 of them and having 25 of them not visible from my back yard. This leaves 144 objects to go!
